Purebrand

How it works

One button, one call, and a feedback loop your business has never had. Here is the whole thing, end to end.

A live Purebrand 360 review playing on a tablet

Two real people, one honest conversation, on the store's own site.

1

The button

A participating business adds Talk to a Real Customer to its store or site. For Shopify stores that is a one-click install. That button is the front door to every 360 review.

2

The match

The shopper picks a product or service and gets matched with a verified past customer. Every host is tied to a real transaction; nobody hosts on hearsay. The shopper connects live or books a time.

3

The call

Both parties on video. Ten minutes minimum, usually closer to twenty. The shopper asks anything: how it held up, what went wrong, whether they would buy again. Recording consent is built into the flow, and hosts are disclosed as compensated.

4

The conversion

No pitch, no pressure. In Purebrand's beta, participants who completed a 360 call converted at about 19 percent. Honesty closes.

5

The intelligence

The recording becomes a transcript, the transcript becomes data: dual sentiment, extracted pros and cons, issue counts per SKU, and every objection the buyer raised.

6

The routing

The fifth squeaky hinge goes to R and D as a defect signal. The warranty complaint opens a ticket. Could not find it on the site lands with UX. Objections feed the sales playbook. Nothing dies in a dashboard.

7

The loop

Buyers who complete a purchase get invited to become hosts, and the bench grows. Next up: the QR unboxing flow that turns every delivered box into a warranty registration, a review, and a host invitation, automatically.
