Purebrand exists because trust broke. That only works if you can trust us more than you trusted the stars. Here is exactly how we operate.

Recording consent

Every 360 call is recorded, and nobody is recorded without knowing. Consent is built into the call flow itself: both the shopper and the host confirm before the video starts, and the recording notice is on screen, not buried in a policy. If either party declines, the call does not happen.

What we store and for how long

We store call recordings, transcripts, and the structured analysis derived from them, plus the account details you give us. Recordings exist to power the feedback engine, not to follow you around the internet. You can request deletion of your data, and we honor deletion rights under the CCPA and GDPR. Data is retained only as long as it serves the business it belongs to, and retention windows are documented in our data processing terms.

Review integrity

Every host is tied to a verified real transaction. No purchase, no hosting, no exceptions. Hosts are compensated and that compensation is disclosed, in line with FTC endorsement guidance. Hosts are never scripted, and they are paid for completed calls, not for positive ones. A host who says the delivery took six weeks gets paid the same as one who loved everything.

Cookies and consent

The consent banner on this site is wired to Google Consent Mode. Decline it and analytics stay off. We do not sell personal data, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Security roadmap

Purebrand is on the path to SOC 2 attestation. Video infrastructure runs on established providers with encryption in transit, access to recordings is scoped to the business they belong to, and payment details never touch our servers; billing and payouts run through dedicated payment providers. Enterprise buyers can request our current security documentation through the demo process.
