The math is short

In Purebrand's beta, participants who completed a 360 call converted at about 19 percent. Take your average order value, multiply by the completion conversion, subtract the call cost, and you have the expected value of a single completed call. For most considered purchases the number is uncomfortable in a good way.

The caveat, stated plainly

Callers self-select. Someone who books a call with a past customer is already serious, so do not read 19 percent as pure causal lift. A controlled holdout is underway; when it completes, this page will carry the causal number.
